Diffusion is the process of dispersing essential oils into the air so that their beneficial effects can be enjoyed by simply breathing. In addition, the fragrance of the essential oil can help create a more favorable atmosphere. Many different methods exist for diffusing essential oils into a room. This one uses a quiet fan to blow oil particles into the air. See our aromatherapy page for more suggestions and ideas for using essential oils.
