Description
This collection of videos was designed to capture and maintain the attention of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia through music, light movement, and the recollection of fond memories. The caregiver, in turn, is able to enjoy short periods of “respite” or time away from the challenges of giving care.

Great and well worth the money!
I was given this DVD as gift for Christmas-and what a gift! My exercise plans had been failing due to the lack of time I have for myself. Now I give Mom lunch in the kitchen nook while I exercise to my own exercise DVD and then she happily interacts with Kathy in the living room giving me the time needed for a quick shower.
The quality of this DVD actually makes it feel more like a home video and Mom loves Kathy. She actually feels it an intrusion if I or my husband watch it with her.

Great Content
I was resluctant to purchase these as I didnt know how my mother, who has Alzheimers would respond to them. But she responded great. The interaction the host provides with the viewer is great. It really engaged my Mom, and she just raved about it. She truely loved the video. And has asked ot watch it again and again. The only downfall I see is the price. $40 is very steep for an hour video, and for that price I thought the production quality could be better. Although to see the smile on her face when she watched them was priceless.
