The Sit and Be Fit™ Neuro Rehab Workout has been designed to address a variety of needs common to many neurological deficits experienced by those managing symptoms of brain disorders and injury, Parkinson’s, stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis. Each of these conditions affect the central nervous system with various degrees of impairment, making coordination, cognition and balance challenging. Paired with motivation music these seated, standing and pelvic exercises, along with facial and finger exercises, are designed to improve circulation, proprioception, balance, function, range of motion, adn sensory awareness.
Mary Ann Wilson’s dynamic music and functional choreograph make this a hit! Since many health concerns make standing and balancing difficult, Mary Ann offers seated routines that accomplish the stretching and strengthening benefits for which she is so well known.
